2. Scope of Services

We operate across two core verticals: (a) Custom Technology & AI Software Engineering, and (b) Business Registration & Legal Compliance Facilitation via StartupGuruz. Services are provided on a project or subscription basis as detailed in specific client agreements.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary software architecture, source code, designs, graphics, and trademarks developed by Merit Fox Technologies Pvt. Ltd. remain the sole property of the company until full contractual payment is received, upon which IP rights transfer as per agreed contract terms.

4. User Responsibilities & Regulatory Submissions

Clients seeking company incorporation, GST, or MCA filings are responsible for submitting authentic documents (PAN, Aadhaar, Proof of Registered Address). Merit Fox Technologies is not liable for rejections due to forged or falsified documents.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the competent jurisdiction of courts in India.
