Shipping & Refunds Policy

Merit Fox Technologies Pvt. Ltd. • Effective 2026

📦 Transparent refund & digital delivery terms for custom software, SaaS licenses, and legal incorporation services.

1. Digital Service Delivery

All software products (SaaS platforms, MEGAN CRM, Digilabh) and legal documentations (DSC, Incorporation Certificates, GSTIN approvals) are delivered digitally via email or secure cloud portal within agreed project timelines.

2. Software Engineering Refund Policy

• Pre-Development Phase: 100% refund available if cancelled within 24 hours of advance payment before wireframing begins.
• In-Development Phase: Pro-rata refund calculated based on completed milestones as per contract scope.

3. Business Registration & Govt Fees Policy

Government statutory fees (MCA Challan fees, Stamp Duty, Trademark TM filing fees, GST portal fees) paid to Govt departments are non-refundable once paid to official government portals.

4. Non-Refundability Due to Client Non-Cooperation or Abandonment

If a client purchases or engages services from MeritFox Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (including associated websites where the company name is mentioned at the website bottom, such as StartupGuruz & DigiLabh) (including Business Registration, MCA Filings, Tax Registrations, IT Engineering, or Digital Services) and subsequently:

  • Fails or delays to provide mandatory required KYC documents, affidavits, or identity proofs,
  • Fails or refuses to share mandatory verification OTPs (One-Time Passwords) required for government portals / signing,
  • Fails to communicate or update our desk on completing the service, OR
  • Unilaterally cancels or abandons the registration or service delivery process after initiation,

⛔ NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED under any circumstances. MeritFox Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (and its associated websites) allocates dedicated manpower, legal resources, and server infrastructure upon order placement.

5. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (Bank account, Razorpay, or Credit Card) within 5-7 business days.
